We register your new boiler on installation so that your new boiler is fully covered against faults or failures for up to 12 years on the 8000 model*. In the unlikely event of you having an issue, then simply contact Worcester-Bosch directly, and they’ll send one of their engineers to fix it, providing absolute peace of mind for up to 12 years from the date of registration.
*Provided it is serviced annually and according to the manufacturers’ guidelines.

We can be in and out for most boiler replacements within 2 days. However, if you have a simple boiler swap, it may only take 1 day.
If you are having additional work carried out by us then this will require more time at your property.
We will provide an overview of timelines and how long we expect to be with you during the quote.
If the job lasts more than a day, the engineers will clean and tidy the area before leaving at the end of the day and aim to leave you with minimal disruption to water supplies and gas while the work is taking place. At the end of the job, the lead engineer will walk you through everything you need to know and see everything with you, including apps and schedules if required, so when we leave, you have a fully functional and easy-to-use heating system.
From 2025 onwards the government plans to prevent natural gas boilers being installed as the heating source in new build homes only All existing homes will still be able to install natural gas boilers according to the current information.
Yes – modern A-rated boilers can cut heating bills by up to 30% compared to older models. Some other heating technologies such as air source heat pumps can offer significant efficiency gains compared to gas boilers but they do come with upfront cost for installation.
